How do I know my files are safe?

File transfers are encrypted in accordance with Data Protection regulations. Data is strictly controlled and logged in case you are ever concerned about unauthorised access.

How long are my files kept on FileDrop?

FileDrop permanently deletes anything you upload after 14 days leaving no trace.

How much storage is there per FileDrop?

You can transfer 5 files at a time and each file can be up to 95MB.

How many files can be transfered?

You can transfer up to 5 files at a time. If you need to transfer more than five files you can create a other FileDrop.

Which file types can be transferered?

For added security, we only allow the following:

.odt .txt .pdf .pptx .ppt .pps .ppsx .ppsm .eps .xls .xlsx .doc .docx .csv .rtf .md .bmp .gif .jpeg .jpg .png .giff .jfif .tif .tiff
